With close to a decade of search experience focused on Financial Services, Biddle has partnered with Credit Unions, Community Banks, Regional Banks, and GSIP organizations, providing strategic guidance on human capital. He has a proven track record of successfully recruiting mid-management to executive leadership positions across various lines of business, including Consumer & Commercial Banking, Private Banking and Wealth Management, Real Estate, Insurance, Fintech, Investment Banking, and more.
Biddle leverages his expertise and employs proven techniques throughout the search process, ensuring results at every stage. This includes relationship development, research, search strategy, candidate identification and development, search execution, and placement.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Biddle served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, a global investment bank and financial services company. During his tenure, he led recruiting efforts and covered areas such as Risk Management, Transaction Banking, Digital Consumer, Corporate Treasury, Conflict Resolution, and more.
Biddle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from West Texas A&M, which he obtained in May of 2010.
