As a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Pharma Services practice, Bill is responsible for the execution of CEO, COO, CFO and Board searches for venture and private equity backed, as well as publicly traded companies.

With a specific focus on the Pharma Services Sector, Bill serves as a trusted advisor to CROs, CDMOs, CSOs, medical information, data, analytics, convergence, medical device, diagnostics, biotech, pharmaceutical and drug delivery companies around the globe.

In addition, Bill has completed CDO, CPO, CMO, CHRO and other senior management engagements in the space, and for multi-site healthcare services companies, integrated delivery networks, payers, healthcare technology companies and academic organizations.  

Since joining the firm Bill has been a  leading force in leveraging both human and tech-enabled resources to advance the practices research and knowledge management capabilities.
