Bill Stewart serves as a Principal in Professional Search for Korn Ferry’s Financial Services Practice. He is based in the firm’s Boston office and specializes in consumer, commercial, and investment banking.
Bill brings more than three decades of experience delivering strategic talent and workforce solutions to leading organizations across the financial services industry. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles focused on strategic accounts, enterprise client partnerships, and regional market leadership. He has advised many of the industry’s leading institutions on talent strategy, workforce transformation, and organizational growth initiatives, building long-standing relationships with executive leadership teams and key stakeholders.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Bill spent more than 30 years in leadership roles within the talent solutions and consulting industry. His experience includes overseeing strategic client accounts and leading regional operations across the New England market, with a focus on helping organizations align talent strategy with business growth objectives.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine. He has also served on the boards of the Institute of Management Accountants Boston chapter and the CFO Roundtable.
