As a Global Account Leader, Brett Brende partners with key clients to identify and deliver talent management outcomes to meet an organization’s human capital needs while offering integrated solutions through a dedicated team of experts.

Mr. Brende approaches his clients with a service mindset and brings an authentic approach in helping clients advance their organization.  With over 25 years of experience working in the human capital space, he brings a broad base of knowledge in assessment, selection and development consulting; employee and patient engagement initiatives; account and business development programs; as well as executive search and interim leadership solutions.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Brett spent 9 years at a leading healthcare workforce solutions organization helping his clients accomplish strategic and operational goals through leadership acquisition.

He also spent time working at an industry leading, employee and customer experience measurement firm helping healthcare clients measure employee, customer, and patient engagement  to drive loyalty and performance. He spent the early part of his career assisting organizations around the globe in the selection and development of talent.

Mr. Brende holds a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the Tippie School of Management at the University of Iowa.  He also holds a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from South Dakota State University.
