Fahey’s expertise leading end-to-end client engagements—from relationship cultivation and sales origination to competitive analysis, proposal development, deal shaping, crafting commercial agreements, and contract negotiation – positions the firm as a trusted partner for driving growth and transformation in the Industrial market.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Fahey was a managing director at a leading global technology consulting firm, where he structured strategic partnerships and led strategic commercial engagements across the Industrial, Chemicals, Utilities, and Oil & Gas sectors. Most recently, he served as the senior Sales Capture Lead for the firm’s largest and most complex initiatives in the Chemicals & Natural Resources client group.
Fahey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he lettered for the Wisconsin Badgers Hockey team. Outside of work, he draws on his background as a professional hockey player to fuel his passion for coaching and mentorship—values that continue to shape his leadership style. Brian resides outside Chicago with his wife Jessica and their four children.
