He currently serves as a Managing Consultant at Korn Ferry’s Finance & Accounting Professional Search practice in Minneapolis, where he partners with organizations to identify and place top-tier talent across the finance function.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Brian led direct-hire recruitment in finance and accounting, where he placed professionals across all levels of Finance & Accounting. Known for his consultative approach and deep understanding of financial operations, Brian consistently delivered strategic hiring solutions for clients in a range of industries.
Brian has global experience serving as Director of Internal Audit for the EMEA geography while living in Italy, and as Head of Worldwide Compliance and Control, he spearheaded global initiatives to strengthen risk management and process control, leading major control implementations and redesigning critical business processes. Earlier in his tenure, he led audit teams across the Americas.
Brian holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and a COSO Internal Control Certificate. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
