Bruno has extensive FMCG work experience. He worked for the largest and most renown multinationals as well as start-up companies in Switzerland and abroad in Marketing, Commercial, Consulting and Management Team roles. He has worked with clients in a wide range of categories, including coffee, confectionery, ice-cream, frozen food, ready meals, food, tobacco and infant nutrition. He has worked across a range of publicly quote, private equity backed and privately own organizations.

He joins Korn Ferry from a leading business school, where he acted as Market Director. He was the trusted partner for the C-suites of organizations and academic partners across industries and advised them on their executive development needs and talent management challenges predominantly around leadership, digitization, strategy and transformational topics.

Bruno holds a master's degree in business administration from IMD Lausanne, Switzerland, a master’s degree from the University of Berne, Switzerland and a teacher’s diploma, Switzerland and completed various executive education programs. Bruno acts as NED for a family-owned private bank and as board member of the Swiss Chapter of the Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce.

He is fluent in English, German and French.
