Before joining Korn Ferry, Carina held strategic roles at Hines and Aramco, gaining broad experience across real estate, energy, and corporate services. At Hines, she led recruitment efforts across development, construction, investment management, and corporate functions. She later transitioned into a global client strategy role, where she drove CRM adoption and account growth across a diverse client portfolio, contributing to over $7M in revenue.
Earlier in her career at Aramco, Carina partnered with senior leadership to execute expatriate executive placements and streamline recruitment operations.
Carina holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
