Casey Kelly

Mr. Kelly specializes in international Senior & C-Suite and Board searches within the industrial sector, particularly for transportation & logistics, distribution, e-commerce and related infrastructure (air, sea and land) for Listed, Government-owned and PE-owned enterprises.

Throughout his 25+ year intercontinental career, he has helped to place and develop high-calibre talent both as an executive recruiter as well as a Senior Business Leader at ABB, SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals EMEA/CIS, Cathay Pacific Airways / Swire Pacific and a number of Private Equity operating companies.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Kelly was a Partner in another global search firm, and a regional leader of their global transportation & logistics, supply chain & operations and commodities practices where he recruited senior executives for clients throughout Asia Pacific.

Earlier, he was a Partner of an Operational Directorate which provided turnaround/ restructuring and start-up solutions for asset management, strategic procurement, supply/value chain management for sovereign funds, private equity firms and multinational clients & their investments. His focus was on physical infrastructure (airports, ports and cold chain - AmeriCold), capital projects (hospitals - Kaiser Permanente, power gen and metallurgy) and transportation and logistics services in Asia, Russia/CIS, Europe and North America.

Mr. Kelly received his Bachelor's Degree in International Relations/Economics and Management and Asia Area Studies from Beloit College, Wisconsin USA and completed Graduate Studies in Economic Development Planning at Uppsala University, Sweden.

He is fluent in a number of European languages plus conversational in Mandarin Chinese.
