Ms. Rittelmann has deep expertise in leadership and organizational development, c-suite talent development, solutions architecture, and strategic consulting. She specializes in talent development with a focus on leveraging the capacity of high potential talent and senior leaders.
In addition to her individual contributions, Ms. Rittelmann’s responsibilities include leadership of the team that designs and delivers Korn Ferry’s standard scalable leadership development and diversity, inclusion, and equity solutions.
Ms. Rittelmann has over twenty years of experience consulting in the area of diversity and inclusion, focusing on leadership strategy and organizational implementations. She has worked with clients both domestically and internationally.
Prior to her tenure at Korn Ferry, she garnered experience in human resources, specializing in recruitment, succession planning, and employee relations.
Ms. Rittelmann has long-standing relationships with many clients including Chevron, Delta Airlines, Capital One, Travelers Insurance, United Technology, Walmart, the United States Navy, Facebook, and Grupo Bimbo.
Ms. Rittelmann holds a bachelor’s degree in management and finance from Robert Morris University and makes her home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
