Ms. Rittelmann's responsibilities include oversight of a global team that includes a solutions design Center of Excellence, faculty resources, and critical operational functions that support client engagements.
She has been with the Firm for more than 20 years and has worked with clients both domestically and internationally. She also has over a decade of prior experience in human resources, specializing in recruitment, succession planning, and employee relations.
Ms. Rittelmann holds a bachelor's degree in communications management from Robert Morris University and makes her home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
