Cécile is a Principal based in the Firm’s Paris office.
She supports her clients in their transformation efforts by putting people at the heart of her approach. She integrates culture and behavior challenges into her management of organizational transformation programs.
Cécile particularly enjoys working in a team and is committed to developing collective intelligence with her clients. She is recognized for her ability to give meaning to missions, her adaptability and her enthusiasm to achieve common goals.
Prior to Korn Ferry, she worked in a leading advisory firm in internal HR teams dedicated to ventures and acquisitions. She was in charge of securing the integration of all employees, directors and founders from the acquired companies.
She also worked for ten years as a consultant on topics related to human support for organizational and digital transformations. In particular, she has overseen supporting reorganization projects, talent management and IT deployments, mainly in the insurance and finance sectors.
Throughout her career, she has also carried out skills sponsorship missions for the foundation of her company (student mentoring, coaching of SSE entrepreneurs, advisory mission such as the launch of a social academy dedicated to solidarity entrepreneurs).
Cécile holds a master in management at ESSEC and a master's degree in theatre studies at Paris Sorbonne Nouvelle.
