Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he worked with a human capital management consulting firm and a boutique search firm, both based in New York, NY.

Mr. Trent is based in Virginia and is affiliated with Korn Ferry’s Washington, DC and Reston, VA offices. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, with a concentration in Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
