Mr. Trent is an Executive Search Consultant in the Technology Market for Korn Ferry Professional Search, with an expertise in leading retained search engagements for commercial leaders within the professional services and technology sectors.

Mr. Trent works with Fortune 1000 companies, mid-market, as well as Private Equity backed firms.  His practice is focused on servicing clients in enterprise software, cybersecurity, ecommerce, IT consulting, management consulting, advisory, outsourcing and BPO, business, information, and marketing services. He has completed assignments for GTM leadership roles at the GM, SVP, VP, and Senior Director level, as well as high impact individual contributors.

Mr. Trent started his career in search and has thirteen years of experience in senior level talent acquisition and talent advisory experience.  Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Trent worked at a human capital management consulting firm, and a boutique search firm, both in New York, NY. 

Mr. Trent is currently based in Virginia and is a member of the firm’s Washington, DC and Reston, VA offices. He is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with a B.B.A. in Business, with a concentration in Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.
