Principal, North American Professional Services Practice

Chelsea Foster is a Principal in the North American Professional Services Practice. She is affiliated with Korn Ferry’s New York Office and is based in Austin, Texas. 

Chelsea has over a decade of experience spanning executive search, talent acquisition, and human resources. Chelsea has a strong track record leading Partner and senior leadership level searches primarily for Strategy and Consulting firms as well as broader Advisory businesses. She serves a wide variety of industries, including Private Equity, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail / Consumer, Financial Services and Legal Services.

Chelsea primarily focuses her attention on the North American market, assisting clients with their executive search needs in a variety of functional areas including transaction services, finance and accounting advisory, performance improvement, value creation, and strategy.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2019, Chelsea held an internal recruiting role with a professional services firm in New York. She focused on talent acquisition needs across Information Technology, Finance & Accounting Client Service teams, Human Resources, and Administration. She was also responsible for the build out and execution of their campus recruitment program and executing on broad Human Capital initiatives to help increase the team’s impact.

Chelsea is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
