Ms. Chin possesses nearly two decades of consulting, and business management experience across a diverse breadth of business-to-business industries. Her ability to translate and crystallize organizational requirements into practical solutions has served her clients well in her consulting career.
Prior to joining the Firm, she served as director, business development of DBM, Singapore. Earlier, she worked with The Forum Corporation, a global learning organization that provides professional development and consultancy services for its corporate clients, where she was responsible for developing and managing end-to-end turnkey solutions.
Ms. Chin’s expertise spans talent consulting, leadership assessment and development. She is versatile in working with a range of organizational groups and has had extensive experience partnering with clients on large scale interventions.
She is a certified feedback coach for Korn Ferry’s suite of assessment tools. She is also certified in the administration and application of the Hogan assessments.
Ms. Chin holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the National University of Singapore. She is bilingual in English and Mandarin and has lived and worked across Asia.
Ms. Chin is also a Registered Corporate CoachTM (RCCTM) with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
