Ciara has a successful track record of collaborating with clients to understand their objectives and strengthen leadership teams through searches for General Counsel, Head of Legal, Company Secretary, Assistant/Deputy Company Secretary, and their direct reports, as well as broader Corporate Governance, Policy, Compliance, and law firm roles.
In addition to search and succession planning, Ciara also partners with clients on their long-term talent strategy to build, manage and develop team capability in a competitive and dynamic talent landscape.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ciara worked in boutique and global firms. She began her career practicing as a lawyer, working in Australia, the UK and New Zealand.
Ciara holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Psychology).
