She serves listed multinational corporations, family-owned businesses, and private equity-backed companies on leadership matters and organizational transformation, including customer-centric strategies in competitive, fast-evolving BtoC and BtoBtoC markets.
Her remit covers chief executive, general management, and key functional leadership roles in sales and marketing.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she was with a leading global executive search firm, where she led the Consumer Practice in Europe and the global FMCG segment.
She has worked in both Paris and London and operates across domestic and international mandates.
Claire is fluent in French and English. She holds a degree from Montpellier Business School and is a certified executive coach from HEC Paris.
