As a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry’s Financial Services Market, Interim, Clarice is responsible for leveraging her extensive expertise in revenue growth and strategic client partnerships to drive success for Global Financial services and FinTech clients. 

Clarice is a sales and business development leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth and expertise in the professional services industry. She has a proven track record of building and managing consultant teams while cultivating long-term relationships with C-suite executives. She excels at identifying opportunities that drive revenue, expand market presence, and deliver impactful solutions for clients.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Clarice served as Vice President of Revenue at a leading global professional services firm, where she managed a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients, consistently exceeding revenue goals and securing multimillion-dollar contracts. 

Earlier in her career, she founded and led a successful technology staff augmentation firm, earning recognition from Ernst & Young, Crain’s New York, and Inc. Magazine.

Clarice holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Management from the State University of New York College at Buffalo. She is deeply engaged in professional and philanthropic organizations, having served on the board of Dress for Success Worldwide and as a mentor for Columbia University’s Executive Master’s Program in Technology Management.

Living on Long Island, Clarice and her husband have raised their three sons and are now enjoying the transition to being empty nesters-mainly traveling to visit them in California and Colorado.
