Principal, Private Equity EMEA
As an active member of the EMEA Financial Services & Private Equity team at Korn Ferry, Constance Grandazzi is working on developing Korn Ferry’s presence in the domestic - and pan European - market. She is strongly committed to delivering ad hoc solutions to her Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies.
She guides companies across the Private Equity sector as they build their leadership teams. She conducts searches for GPs, namely investor relations, investment professional roles, as well as searches for Private Equity-backed companies with particular expertise in the financial officer area.
She is working in close collaboration with other sector practices to leverage Korn Ferry’s strong network.
Constance Grandazzi has been working for ten years as a Consultant, partnering with Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies, mainly across Europe.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Constance Grandazzi served as a Consultant in an executive search firm within the Financial Services team. She spent four years developing her own client portfolio, focusing on Private Equity and Financial Services sectors.
Earlier, Constance worked as a Consultant in Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in a Private Equity fund subsidiary, on change management projects and others. She then joined a top tier executive search firm as a Research Associate within the Financial Services & Industrial teams.
Constance Grandazzi is a graduate from Paris IV-Sorbonne University with a major in Modern Literature. She also holds a Master Degree in Business Administration & Management from Paris-IV Sorbonne. She speaks French and English.
