As an active member of the EMEA Private Equity team at Korn Ferry, Constance Grandazzi is working on developing Korn Ferry’s presence in the domestic - and pan European - market. She is strongly committed to delivering ad hoc solutions to her Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies.
She guides companies across the Private Equity sector as they build their leadership teams. She conducts searches for GPs as well as searches for Private Equity-backed companies with particular expertise for the C-Suite.
Constance Grandazzi has been working for 15 years as a Consultant, partnering with Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies, mainly across Europe.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Constance Grandazzi served as a Consultant in an executive search firm. She spent several years developing her own client portfolio, focusing on Private Equity and Financial Services sectors.
Earlier, Constance worked as a Consultant in Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in a Private Equity fund subsidiary. She then joined a top tier executive search firm within the Financial Services and Private Equity Practices.
Constance Grandazzi is a graduate from Paris IV-Sorbonne University with a major in Modern Literature. She also holds a Master Degree in Business Administration & Management from Paris-IV Sorbonne. She speaks French and English. Constance is based in Paris.
