Cori Mazzotta is a Principal at Korn Ferry and a member of the Firm's Global Healthcare Technology and Services Practice specializing in placing executives within healthcare services, large health plans and provider systems, with a specialization in the Finance and Revenue Cycle Management leadership functions, as well as Pharmacy Services.
Cori’s experience transforming large integrated delivery systems, both as an internal leader and external consultant, provides her with deep industry expertise and a broad perspective of the healthcare landscape, allowing her to comprehensively address client needs in an ever changing environment.
Cori comes to Korn Ferry with more than 20 years of experience in sales, healthcare consulting and leadership experience. Focused on optimizing business operations and improving revenue, Cori spent a large part of her career in the provider revenue cycle space. She most recently held strategic enterprise leadership roles at Highmark Health, a $26B diversified healthcare company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, helping to create and implement initiatives changing the way care is delivered.
She received her bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Pennsylvania Western University.
