Ms. Gonzalez holds a degree in economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and master in business administration from the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI). She holds many Korn Ferry certifications in coding, emotional intelligence, Talent Q, job evaluation, etc.
