Dan Petrossi

Senior Client Partner, Revenue & Sales

Dan Petrossi is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Technology Practice and is based in Boston.

Petrossi joined Korn Ferry from a prominent management consulting and executive search firm where he was the co-lead of the Global Marketing and Sales Practice.  He has worked on executive roles and advisory services impacting revenue and customer growth including those of Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Customer Success Leader, President, CEO and Board. 

His work covers some of the most well known publicly traded companies as well as growing, private equity backed businesses.  Having spent his entire career working with GTM leaders, Dan brings a deep appreciation for the importance of finding leaders with the optimal blend of functional experience and cultural fit to help organizations unlock growth and build high-performing teams.

Prior to executive search, Dan was the Chief Revenue Officer of RallyPoint, the largest social and professional network for the military community.  That was preceded by leadership roles in management consulting, where Dan was responsible for selling and delivering global CRM transformations while at Accenture.  Dan begin his career at Sales Research Institute, selling and delivering the Science of Selling methodology to Global Fortune 500 companies.

Dan earned a BA in economics from the University of Florida and an MBA from Babson College.
