Daniela has led executive searches across the consumer sector, with particular expertise in retail, consumer products, consumer services, and high-growth and emerging brands. She has built significant expertise advising rapidly scaling consumer businesses as they build the leadership capabilities needed for their next stage of growth, as well as established global companies navigating.

She began her career at a private equity advisory firm, placing CEOs and Operating Partners into investor-led platforms, which deepened her understanding of value creation in performance-driven environments.
Daniela earned a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles.
