Prior to joining Korn Ferry Darren was a Partner and led the UK Practice for a boutique search firm.
Darren brings 15 years of experience in Executive Search to the Professional Services sectors, with international search assignments across Europe and North America with a niche focus on Human Capital Advisory.
Darren’s clients have included leading management consultancies, strategy houses and boutiques across Consumer, Industrial, Life Science and Capital Markets.
For the last 10 years, Darren has developed a deep understanding of the human capital advisory sector senior Search assignments in Leadership & Executive Development, Organizational Strategy & Design and Executive Assessment.
Prior to search, Darren worked for Lincoln Financial Group as a Compensation & Benefits Advisor advising the Leadership Team on UK workforce compensation including job evaluation and companywide projects such as the development of a global grading structure, annual bonus plan and long-term incentive plans.
