He is skilled in all fields of Org. and HRM, especially in Org. control and org. structure, Job management and job grading system, Compensation and performance system, Talent management etc.

David has rich project experiences in high-tech & internet industry and SOEs. Kept long cooperation relationship with top firms. 

David Is long-term external HR expert for Tencent, Mei Tuan and Baidu Finance respectively. And he kept cooperation with JD Group for over 10 years, during which handled several strategic projects to help JD group enhance their Org. and HRM capabilities. He also handled hundreds of related projects for companies from industries like high-tech & internet, SOEs, media, fast consuming etc.

Prior to Korn Ferry, David worked with Willis Towers Watson Consulting as a Senior Partner.

David obtained MBA degree from Business School of Griffith University, Australia, in 2003.

David is proficient in English and hold a English Major Level 8 certificate.
