Passionate about quality of service delivery, Deirdre believes in taking a partnership approach with the end goal of providing an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.  She also has a particular interest in increasing the general diversity and specifically gender balance at decision-making levels in organisations.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Deirdre worked for a global executive search firm where she specialised in senior executive appointments from Head of Function to Board level across a broad spectrum of industries including semi-state, energy and renewables, engineering services, healthcare & life sciences, education, technology and FMCG. 

Deirdre is recognised as one of the leading consultants in CEO appointments within the public sector and semi-state in Ireland and holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Business Studies & Marketing from Dublin City University.
