Delphine develops new business with some of Korn Ferry’s key clients as well as coordinating with them to ensure we deliver added value to them.

Delphine has a high level of energy, curiosity and enthusiasm which always drives her to learn and explore. She enjoys thinking through complex situations to get to a desired outcome and drive better solutions for our clients. She also loves to work as a team.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Delphine worked for 25 years in the Professional Services sector. Most of her prior career was with Accenture, mainly in the UK and then in France. In the early years, she focused on delivering large change programmes for our clients. In the past 15 years, as a Managing Director, she was a Global Account Lead focused on the High Tech and A&D industries.

In 2001, she was also for the Interim CEO for a UK based charity focused on women’s health.

Delphine graduated from the “Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace” (also known as Sup Aéro) in Toulouse, France, in 1994. She also has a Masters Degree in Engineering and Management of Manufacturing Systems from Cranfield University, UK (1995).

Having lived in the UK for 25 years, she is completely fluent in English. She also speaks a little bit of Spanish.
