Mr. Milan brings more than twenty years of executive search experience to his clients, with an emphasis on building executive management and product teams for growth stage and established organizations across the Digital and Technology markets.

Specifically, Mr. Milan has helped large multi-national organizations define and develop human capital capabilities as it pertains to developing a Digital footprint along with helping established Digital businesses maintain their competitive edge in retaining and attracting proven leadership.

Mr. Milan led the creation of Korn Ferry's Global Digital Practice and previously served as the Global Sector Leader,
Software & Emerging Technologies for six years.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2002, Mr. Milan was co-founder and chief executive officer of a boutique search firm based in San Francisco. In this role, he helped emerging companies identify, hire and retain top executive leadership.

Mr. Milan holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
