Specializing in C-level searches and partnering with top executives to conduct leadership assessment projects, Ms. Tjia helps large local and multinational companies to identify and attract unique leaders, assisting the organizations to have the right people to deliver its strategy.

Ms. Tjia is an experienced search consultant, who has been with Korn Ferry for more than a decade and completed over 500 middle to senior level engagements across functions in Industrial, Consumer, Financial Services, Technology and Healthcare with a strong focus in identifying future leaders, boards transitioning and executive searches.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Tjia has worked closely with Senior Executives of public and privately held organizations for both global and local companies to securing top key talents for transformation initiatives encompassing strategy, operations, merger integration, growth acceleration, new market expansion  and  business turn around agendas.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Ms. Tjia held a senior Marketing role in a large local group.

An Indonesian national, Ms. Tjia had previously lived in the Netherlands and Vietnam.
