Mr. Annoff has over 25 years of experience in consulting, business transformation, and strategic account leadership. He previously served as a Global Senior Partner and German Consulting Sector Leader at a Big Four consulting firm, where he led global client portfolios in Life Sciences, Pharma, and Health & Wellness. He was also a member of multiple executive leadership teams and played a key role in shaping sector strategy and client delivery across Germany and international markets. At Korn Ferry, Mr. Annoff brings this global perspective and deep industry expertise to strategic client partnerships.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Annoff held executive leadership roles in global strategy, consulting, and operations. At a multinational IT and consulting firm, he served as Head of Europe for Application and Consulting Services, achieving strong year-over-year growth and securing large-scale transformation programs. He also held senior positions at a global enterprise software company, where he led strategic transformation initiatives and business optimization across international markets.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Annoff worked in management consulting at a leading advisory firm in London and Germany, advising clients on large-scale reorganizations, integrations, and enterprise-wide transformation. He began his professional journey at one of the Big Four firms, where he led teams and managed business-critical implementation projects across industries.

Mr. Annoff specializes in driving digital transformation and building long-term strategic partnerships within the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem. He is recognized for fostering enduring, trust-based relationships with senior executives and for leading cross-border initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Tübingen and has completed executive certifications in artificial intelligence and innovation. Mr. Annoff is fluent in German and English and brings cross-cultural fluency to his global leadership roles.
