Dominic Cottone

Prior to joining Korn Ferry as a Senior Client Partner, Dom founded DPC Insights, an independent leadership consulting firm serving clients in real estate, hospitality, gaming, and private equity. Prior to this, he was Senior Managing Director and Co-Founder of the Leadership Consulting practice at Ferguson Partners, where he also led the CEO Advisory Practice.

Earlier in his career, Dom was a Managing Consultant with YSC Consulting. He has extensive multi-industry experience serving clients in energy, financial services, insurance, technology, life sciences and healthcare, and consumer goods. Throughout his career, he has assessed more than 3,000 senior executives and coached nearly 300 high-performing leaders globally.

Dom holds a Master of Science in Organizational Communication, Learning and Design, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Legal Studies from Ithaca College. He has served on numerous nonprofit boards and supported causes focused on disaster relief, homelessness, LGBTQ+ youth, and rare-cancer advocacy. He currently serves on the board of GLYS Western New York and is a member of the Real Estate Pride Council at NYU Stern’s Chen Institute for Global Real Estate Finance. He is a frequent speaker on leadership, succession, governance, and the future of talent, and has provided pro bono coaching and consulting to healthcare leaders and nonprofit organizations.
