Mr. Krancher works across most areas of the firm's expertise and mainly on the nexus between organization effectiveness and leadership and talent management. He likes to develop an integrated approach for organizations with combined solutions in the areas of organization development, team development as well as leadership and talent development.
Mr. Krancher has expertise and experience in organizational diagnosis and design, process and accountability mapping, job analysis and job evaluation, competency management, performance management, clarification of management team roles and (top) team, and individual leadership effectiveness and development.
Mr. Krancher holds the position of Industrial Market Leader in The Netherlands. He consults mainly with organizations in the industrial, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, agriculture, and chemical related sectors and occasionally also with organizations in the public and financial sector.
A central theme is always establishing or enhancing effectiveness in the organization, alignment in (top) teams and strengthening the leadership and talent pool of the organization. Mr. Krancher acts in the roles of trusted advisor, client relationship manager for large accounts, project manager, and (team) facilitator.
His previous experience in different cultures and companies contributes to his insight and ability to identify with an organization while keeping his independent advisory role.
Mr. Krancher joined the firm in the Netherlands in 2001, was with the Jakarta office from 2008 to 2011, rejoining the Dutch office in 2012 as Industrial Market Leader.
Mr. Krancher holds a university degree in human resources from the Catholic University Tilburg, The Netherlands. Previously, he was (interim) HR manager with several organizations in different sectors and was a commissioned officer with the Dutch Army.
