



Elisabet Sandnes has 15 years of experience from industrial manufacturing and specializes in advising companies and boards on leadership, strategy, and transformation, with a particular focus on sustainability, circular business models, and organizations driving the green transition. Elisabet brings to her client work extensive experience from the intersection of corporate strategy, capital markets, and ESG.
Most recently, Elisabet served as EVP Chief Sustainability Officer at Faerch Group, where she was part of the executive management team responsible for shaping and driving the company’s decarbonization agenda, with ESG, External Regulatory Affairs/Advocacy, and Marketing, Communication and Branding within her remit.
Prior to this, she was part of Egon Zehnder’s leadership advisory team in Oslo for 3 years, advising on CEO, C-suite, and board-level appointments within the industrial sector, with a focus on companies central to the green transition.
Elisabet has also held several leadership roles at TOMRA Systems ASA, including SVP Head of Group Strategy, M&A and Sustainability, and Head of Investor Relations, and was part of the Group Executive Management. She led a range of strategic and business development initiatives linked to circular solutions and international growth.
She started her career in corporate finance/investment banking with Alfred Berg and ABN AMRO, later Royal Bank of Scotland, working across Oslo, Stockholm, and Amsterdam, focusing on M&A transactions advisory within power, utilities, and renewables.
Elisabet holds a BSc in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School and an MBA in Strategic Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
