As a Principal at Korn Ferry’s North America Financial Markets Interim Practice, Emily is responsible for executing growth strategies and creating lasting value for clients within the interim and contingent labor space.
Emily is a results-driven leader with extensive experience in client services, business development, and strategic planning within the financial services industry.
She joins Korn Ferry from a global project consulting firm, where she played a key role in driving revenue growth for the Financial Services practice through high-impact consultant engagements. In addition, Emily spearheaded strategic initiatives, including client roundtables and panel sessions, in collaboration with both internal and external partners.
Prior to consulting, Emily led Client Services at Connex Partners, an integrated marketing solutions firm, where she oversaw a team that managed 135 client accounts and led the development of innovative programs, such as a C-Suite Membership offering tailored executive advisory services.
Emily holds a B.A. from James Madison University in Virginia and is actively engaged in several professional organizations, including the Financial Women’s Association.
Born in Geneva, Switzerland, Emily spent much of her childhood between Europe and Africa before completing high school and college in Virginia. She currently resides in Manhattan with her fiancé, Jack.
