Emily Golin is a Director within the Finance & Accounting Interim practice at Korn Ferry, where she partners with finance leaders to deliver strategic interim talent solutions that support business performance and transformation initiatives.
She focuses on building and expanding client relationships across the Chicago market, working closely with CFOs and senior finance professionals to understand evolving business priorities and identify high-impact talent needs. She brings a consultative, solutions-oriented approach grounded in trust and authenticity.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Emily worked as a Business Development Executive within the finance and accounting staffing and advisory space, supporting both interim and permanent placements and partnering with clients to translate complex business challenges into tailored talent strategies.
Emily began her career in Accounting Advisory and Deal Advisory at a Big Four public accounting firm, where she conducted M&A financial analysis for Fortune 100 clients, private equity firms, and commercial lenders.
Emily holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, inactive). She also holds an ICF-accredited coaching certification and serves as a board member of Ellevate Chicago Women’s Network.
