Emily Sullivan is a seasoned professional in the field of Finance and Accounting, currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Korn Ferry's North America Finance & Accounting Center of Expertise in Nashville, Tennessee. 

With a wealth of experience spanning over a decade, Emily has established herself as a trusted advisor in the recruitment industry.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Emily spent over a decade with a global Finance & Accounting search firm, where she held progressively senior positions, culminating in her role as Vice President of Permanent Placement - Finance & Accounting. Emily was responsible for placing senior-level Finance and Accounting professionals in a variety of fast-growing industries, including Manufacturing, Healthcare, Real Estate, Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Technology, Private Equity, and more.

Throughout her career, Emily exceeded performance metrics, and was awarded numerous accolades for her contributions. Emily demonstrated her leadership and strategic acumen, consistently delivering results for her clients. 

Emily's professional journey also includes notable roles outside the recruitment sector. She served as Director of Individual Giving at The Nashville Symphony and held key positions in political fundraising campaigns, including candidates for US House of Representatives and a seated US Senator where she developed strategic partnerships with politicians, boards of directors, business leaders, and celebrities to raise funds for her cause.

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Louisville, underlining her multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving and her ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics with ease. With her blend of industry experience, strategic insight, and commitment to excellence, Emily continues to make a significant impact in the field of finance and accounting recruitment.
