Emma Cornwall is a Senior Client Partner and Solution Lead for Leadership and Professional Development in UK & Ireland, Emma works with her clients to help them realise the potential of their people through a focus on the behaviours and culture that drives performance. She is also an experienced Programme Director providing leadership on major programmes of work with clients.

Emma’s expertise includes: leadership development, executive coaching, and working with leaders to create diverse and inclusive organsations. Emma has designed and delivered leadership programmes for senior and middle leaders in organisations such as Bloomberg, HSBC, Bank of Ireland, Allianz and Google.

Emma spent 18 months as the Delivery Director for Korn Ferry’s £24million contract with Civil Service Learning. In this role she was accountable for the delivery of all executive level learning for the top 4,500 civil servants in the UK. Emma is currently Programme Director for a leadership and culture transformation programme for leaders in maternity services in the UK National Health Service.

Emma coaches c-suite level leaders through to middle leaders. Her specialty is working with individuals to optimise their strengths and overcome blockages in reaching their personal and business goals. She is also experienced in coaching leaders who are looking to drive greater performance through their teams.

Clients include senior civil servants, an Executive Director of a global pharmaceutical company, and the CFO of a global IT Services company.

Emma has a BA (Hons) in Economic History from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Social Policy and Management from London Metropolitan University. Emma is a graduate of an International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coaching Training Programme.
