Emmanuel Herrera Otalora is a Client Partner with Korn Ferry, based in the Mexico City office.
Mr. Herrera brings to Korn Ferry over 20 years of extensive experience in the Consumer Goods industry. Early in his career, he developed solid commercial skills in Procter & Gamble (P&G) Mexico by contributing in different areas such as Key Accounts, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing and Market Strategy & Planning.
After ten years in P&G, Mr. Herrera joined Diageo America, where he continued in the commercial area in Mexico, Miami, Panama and the Caribbean. Before joining Korn Ferry, Emmanuel led the Diageo business in Costa Rica as Country Manager. During this assignment, he successfully implemented SAP, repositioned the supply chain for the market and led important community programs such as “Learning for Life” and “Responsible Drinking”.
Mr. Herrera holds a Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey Campus Estado de Mexico(ITESM-CEM) and a Marketing Diploma by Universidad Iberoamericana Campus Santa Fe, in Mexico City.
