Eric has over 19 years of experience gathered from his time living and working in Asia and Europe. His experience and expertise spans across the full spectrum of Interim Solutions including Contracting, SOW, Staff Augmentation, Contract Resourcing, Co-Managed Services, Managed Capacity Solutions and Professional / Project-Based Services.

His focus is on mid to senior level engagements across a wide range of technical and core business functions such as Technology, Digital, Senior Leadership, General Management, Operations, Finance, Marketing and Engineering.

Eric began his career in interim recruitment in London with a few leading interim firms providing senior level interim consultants and SMEs to major customers across Europe.

In 2013, he moved to Singapore starting his footprint in Asia with a large American firm working with major Fortune 500 companies globally.

During his 8.5 years with the business, he was the primary driving force behind the set up and growth of their interim practice. Starting from what was a very small business in Singapore to what is now their most successful practice in the region. He held several roles leading up to Head of the Interim practice for the Singapore business.

Most recently, he worked with a privately owned Australian business as the Regional Director of Consulting Services for Asia, managing sales and delivery teams across 11 countries. In his role, he was instrumental in establishing and developing the regional interim business, go-to-market strategy and expanding their interim services / solutions for major customers across Asia.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with The Science of Sport and Exercise from the University of Surrey, UK. He has lived and worked in Singapore for the past 11.5 years and still to this day maintains a very hands on, customer first approach prioritizing quality and service for every single customer engagement.
