Ms. O’Neill has more than 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, building out strategic organizations, and leading recruitment teams at financial services organizations. She is driven to help clients create successful and inclusive workforces by leveraging sophisticated technology and managing the candidate experience.
Before working at Korn Ferry, Ms. O’Neill was at Aimient, a boutique executive search firm based in New York. She focused on Electronic Trading & Transaction Services, Fin-Tech, Payments, Transaction Processing and, Insurance.
Ms. O’Neill started her career with some of the most respected Investment Banking firms and held positions in Executive Recruiting. She covered the following areas: Electronic Trading & Transaction Services, Payments & Fin-Tech, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, Finance & Accounting, Wealth Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations Management, Asset Management, and Human Resources.
Ms. O’Neill earned her M.S. Degree in Human Resources Management from The New School University; She earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Rowan University, Glassboro, NJ.
