Fernando Bonilla is Principal for the RPO Professional Search and Executive Search practices overseeing the entire Central American and Caribbean region based in Costa Rica office.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Fernando worked with other international executive search firms such as MRI Network and Worldbridge Partners, leading the RPO and executive search practice for Latin America..
Fernando holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Universidad Fidelitas from Costa Rica.
He is active member of the Human Resources Committee in Costa Rican-American Chamber of Commerce and part of the Innovation Board of Camara de Industrias de Costa Rica.
