She executes a variety of leadership searches for private and publicly-held clients across multiple geographies serving diverse end customers. She has conducted assignments for CEOs, CFOs, general managers, and functional heads of R&D / innovation, operations, regulatory, sustainability, sales, marketing, and strategy / corporate development.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she spent five years with a boutique executive search firm in Chicago specializing in advanced analytics and data science professionals across several industries.

At the heart of Flora’s work is a genuine passion for connecting with both clients and candidates, coupled with intentional, targeted recruitment practices. She takes pride in delivering results that create shared success, ensuring that every stakeholder feels valued and positioned to succeed.

Before embarking on her recruiting career, Flora was a quantitative CPG market researcher at Nielsen and healthcare marketing consultant at Rosetta, now part of Publicis Groupe.

Flora holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Minor in Chinese from University of Pennsylvania.
