Floriane Ramsauer is Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry and leading the Board & CEO Services in Germany. 

Ms. Ramsauer is also a core member of the global Korn Ferry Practice Groups Mobility, Industrial and Technology Markets.

Floriane Ramsauer focuses on recruiting C-Suite executives as well as working with boards on NED recruiting and other advisory services, such as board effectiveness evaluation and
CEO & C-Suite succession. She is appointing and developing CEOs and top management teams across different sectors. Clients include both privately held and publicly listed companies, from hidden champions to large global corporations.

She gained excellent and broad experience in leadership advisory, executive search, succession and development as well as an in-depth market know-how in different industries.

Floriane Ramsauer started her professional career at British Telecom Group. In her various positions at this major incumbent, Floriane was working in Sales, Strategy and HR for the Enterprise Division. After seven years in the telecommunications industry and working in London, Brussels and Munich, she pursued her career in the consulting business as of 2007 at a major executive search & board advisory firm.

Floriane Ramsauer has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Passau, Germany, where she focused on People & Organizational Development and Production & Logistics.

She is Alumni of Georgetown University, Study of Diplomacy / Walsh School of Foreign Service in  Washington D.C., USA.
