Francisco Ardila is a Managing Consultant in Korn Ferry’s Professional Search Division. He specializes in placing mid-to-senior level professionals in real estate, lending, mortgage, and financial services.

Francisco enjoys getting to know clients to fully understand their hiring needs, strategically matching synergies between hiring authorities and candidates to foster long-lasting partnerships.

He began his career in the mortgage industry at Greenpoint Mortgage, where he progressed to the role of Area Sales Manager managing a team of 18+ in their wholesale division.

During the downturn of 2008, he worked as a Senior Director for a specialty commercial real estate company, managing a P&L of 20M+,contributing to its growth until it was eventually acquired by a much larger organization.

At a career crossroads in 2014, Francisco made a shift to Executive Search, becoming the Recruiting Division Manager at Professional Alternatives—a boutique search firm. There, he led a team of high-performing recruiters, driving strategic growth and business development in the real estate and mortgage banking sectors.

Francisco joined Korn Ferry, where he is responsible for expanding the company’s business in financial/business services and real estate across all hiring levels.

Francisco attended San Jacinto University and the University of Houston, where he studied music and audio engineering. He has been married to his college sweetheart for over 20 years, and they have one daughter. When not working, he enjoys playing guitar in his band, Common Ground, alongside his father and father-in-law.
