Senior Client Partner, Practice Leader, Professional Search Sales & Marketing

Frank Cobo leads the Sales & Marketing Center of Expertise for the Korn Ferry North American Professional Search business. In this role Frank is responsible for expanding Korn Ferry's Professional Search business in Sales Marketing and Digital functionally across all industry verticals.

Specific to sales, Mr. Cobo has successfully completed executive search assignments across all industry verticals including Global Sales, National Account Sales, Sales Operations and Regional Sales leadership position positions in product, software and services environments.

Specific to marketing, Mr. Cobo has successfully completed executive search assignments across all functional disciplines including multi-channel Chief Marketing Officer, Digital Marketing, Digital Product, Customer Relationship Management/Loyalty, Direct Marketing, Product Management and Brand Marketing assignments in both Business to Consumer and Business to Business environments.

Mr. Cobo transitioned to the KF Professional Search business in 2011 from the Korn Ferry Executive Search business where he was a Senior Associate for the Global Consumer & Industrial Practices and has been with the Korn Ferry organization since 2000.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Cobo worked as an Executive Recruiter for a boutique executive search firm specialized in middle management recruiting for the Building Products & Consumer Durable Goods industries.

Mr. Cobo began his career in the Retail industry as a District Manager for a global retailer.

Mr. Cobo graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana in May of 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and is a member of the American Marketing Association, National Society of Hispanic MBA's, the Society of Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training & Development, World at Work and the Organizational Development Network.
