Gabriel is a Senior Client Partner in Lima, Peru office, with a strategic focus on the Andean Region and a specialization in Human Capital, covering Total Rewards, Organizational Design, and Talent Management.

With over 25 years of professional experience, nearly 20 of which have been dedicated to human capital consulting, Gabriel has led significant projects across various sectors such as Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Consumer Goods, and Government.

His career has taken him to work in multiple Latin American markets, including Venezuela, Colombia, Panama, and Peru, as well as managing projects in Ecuador, Costa Rica, and Guatemala, among others.

Throughout his career, he has held key roles, such as Commercial Director for the Andean and Central American Region at Mercer, and more recently, from 2017 to 2024, he served as Country Manager for the same firm in Lima, Peru, significantly contributing to business development in the region.

Gabriel holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Venezuela and a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Escuela de Organización Industrial in Spain (EOI). He has also completed executive programs in General Management and Board Training at PAD in Peru. Bilingual in Spanish and English.

His extensive experience and education enable him to provide high-impact consulting solutions in talent management and organizational design, tailored to the needs of the Peruvian and Latin American markets.
