Georgina brings a wealth of experience to Korn Ferry having spent two decades in executive recruitment and leadership positions in Financial Services in London and New York. She previously served as Managing Director and Board member for U.S. Financial Markets at Page Group, and more recently as Regional Head for Talent Acquisition at Barclays. She has significant experience in leading and developing progressive and innovative recruitment assessment strategies and solutions for financial services clients.

Georgina is originally from Northern Ireland, lives with her family in Brooklyn, New York and is a strong advocate of diversity and inclusiveness.
