Managing Director, Client Development

Based in the Dallas office Gregory Hessel is a Senior Client Partner and Managing Director Client Development for Korn Ferry.

Mr. Hessel recruits senior-level human resources executives within the Firm's Global Industrial, Consumer, Healthcare and Technology Markets, specifically within Professional and IT Services.

As a founding member and leader of the Human Resources Center of Expertise, Mr. Hessel has extensive experience successfully executing and completing hundreds of senior-level HR assignments. He has particular expertise in building/rebuilding the HR teams of large, global complex organizations focused on change.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 1995, Mr. Hessel spent eight years with Dun & Bradstreet Information Resources in the Midwest and on the West Coast. In his most recent role there, he was director of personalized solutions, specializing in new product development with major global accounts focusing on risk assessment in the areas of supply chain/ procurement, sales and marketing and targeted business development with existing and new targets. During his tenure with D&B, he also held positions in the areas of human resources, field operations and sales & marketing. His industry expertise focused on the transportation, industrial, consume, energy, telecommunications and financial services sectors.

Mr. Hessel is a past committee member of the Human Resources Planning Society. He earned his bachelor's degree in finance at St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
