With more than two decades of consulting and leadership advisory experience, he partners with organizations to strengthen top-team effectiveness, leadership alignment, culture and organizational transformation over long-term, multi-year partnerships. In the last decade, he has led an 11-year journey with a large FMCG client, a 5-year journey with a promoter and his team of CEOs/CXOs, and a 5-year journey with an FMCG client. All these journeys have been to enable the leadership teams to deliver 2X/3X growth objectives and build the organizational capability and leadership-team strengths to deliver these results. He has transition-coached a first-time global CEO in USA and 3 Indian first-time CEOs.
Prior to rejoining Korn Ferry, Gurprriet served as Managing Director at a leading global executive search firm, having previously spent over four years with Korn Ferry in senior consulting roles. He started his career as an entrepreneur for 8 years, and since then he has held senior functional roles across large Indian business groups and P&L roles at consulting firms.
He serves on the Board of Directors of the School for Social Entrepreneurs India. He is accredited in a range of leadership assessment, executive coaching, and leadership development methodologies.
