Currently a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, Gurprriet is in his second stint with the firm. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates and earlier led YSC India as Country Head.
Gurprriet has coached CEOs, CXOs, founders, and promoters through some of the most consequential leadership moments of their careers. He works exclusively at the senior executive level, partnering with a select group of leaders each year to drive both personal and organizational impact.
Gurprriet holds a certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a certificate in Organisation Design from IIM Calcutta, and is a certified NLP practitioner. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the School for Social Entrepreneurs India.
