With extensive global experience, Gustavo has delivered hundreds of leadership engagements across North America, South America, and Europe. His work integrates executive coaching, assessment-based development, team effectiveness, and targeted capability building to drive measurable behavior change at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

Gustavo specializes in leadership effectiveness during critical moments—role transitions, increased scope, and organizational transformation. He is known for combining data-driven insights with practical coaching to help leaders sharpen decision-making, enhance influence, and align leadership behavior with business strategy.

Throughout his career, Gustavo has designed and led executive development programs, high-potential initiatives, leadership assessments, strategic planning sessions, team effectiveness engagements, and leadership workshops. He works globally with senior leaders and leadership teams and has supported organizations including Medtronic, Deloitte, Chevron, Bloomberg, John Deere, Honeywell, Fiserv, and Panda Restaurant Group. Earlier in his career, Gustavo provided organizational consulting and cross-cultural coaching across Latin America, supporting expatriate leaders and leading critical incident and workplace interventions. He is a contributor to Korn Ferry’s leadership research, including FYI: For Your Improvement and The Five Disciplines of Inclusive Leaders. Gustavo holds degrees in psychology and social-organizational psychology, and he is bilingual in English and Spanish.
