With over a decade of experience in management consulting with multinationals, non-profit organizations and higher education institutions, Mr. Gisbert is a seasoned consultant, partnering with his clients to design, develop and deliver strategies for their diversity, inclusion, talent optimization, and business transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated effectiveness in delivering consulting services, facilitating workshops and providing coaching for leaders in organizations around the world, accelerating their growth and contributing to bottom-line results.
Mr. Gisbert leads organizational assessments, root cause analysis, and other data analytics processes. He is a certified coach in multiple assessments, such as KFLAP, Voices, ViaEdge, IDI, HBDI among others.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Gisbert worked in EAP Latina Corporation, providing organizational consulting, cross-cultural coaching for expats in Latin America, facilitating critical incidents intervention, prevention of accidents and promotion of safety in the workplace.
In his prior role at Taylor Nelson Sofres in Spain, he provided client analytic reports and managed field operations in the quantitative and qualitative shopper insights department. He gained hands-on experience in research and survey methods while interning with the Gallup Organization in Caracas Venezuela
Mr. Gisbert is founder and President Emeritus of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) Louisville Chapter, Board Officer of the Chicago Chapter, and advisor of the Board for the United Nations Association Chapter of Louisville Kentucky.
Mr. Gisbert holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, a master's degree in research in social psychology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and a PhD (ABD) in social-organizational psychology.
He is bilingual in English/Spanish and conversant in Catalan and basic Portuguese.
