As the Managing Director of Executive Search and Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry’s Seoul office, she oversees the practices of Global Financial Market, Global Industrial Market, in additions to the Global Life Sciences Market in Korea.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Helen was a Partner at DHR Global, where she spearheaded the strategic growth and development of the Life Sciences sector in the Korean market. She began her career in executive search in 2006 and has held positions at global executive search firms, successfully delivering numerous executive search assignments for P&L and functional leaders across various industries.

Throughout her nearly two-decade-long career in executive search, Helen has built a robust network with key leadership talent in the market. She has developed deep insights into industry evolution, organizational dynamics, market trends, and talent needs. Earlier in her career, she worked in commercial functions in the FMCG sector and as a consultant in the professional services industry.

Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Office Management with a minor in Business Administration from EWHA Women’s University in Seoul, Korea.
