Managing Director, Executive Search in Korea
Helen Park is a Managing Director of the Executive Search business based in the Seoul office. She works together with the team to lead and expand our executive search business in the Korean market.
Helen is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of cross functional experience and has a proven track record of solid foundation in the Korean market and international clients in providing optimal solutions to her clients.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Helen was a Partner with DHR Global where she drove the strategic growth and development of primarily the Life Sciences sector in the Korean market. She started her career in executive search in 2006 and has had stints at Korn Ferry and Amrop where she successfully delivered numerous executive search assignments including functional leaders in areas that include finance, human resources, sales and marketing across a range of industries such as Life Sciences, Industrial, and Consumer.
Since 2012, Helen has developed her expertise in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector, and she is well networked with key leadership talent in the market. She has developed her own insights in terms of evolution of industry, organization, market dynamic and talent needs. Earlier, she used to work at EXE Consulting, Manugistics, and NCR Korea following five years of Category Management experience at Coca-Cola Korea Bottling Company.
Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Office Management with a Business Administration minor from EWHA Women’s University in Seoul, Korea.
